We collect information you submit directly, including:- Intern applications — name, contact details, education history, work eligibility, transcripts, resumes, and any other materials you upload.
- Firm and partnership inquiries — your name, firm name, role, email, phone, and details about your hiring needs.
- Contact and interest forms — the information in the form fields, plus anything you include in a message.
- Email sign-ups — your email address and any preferences you select.
- Donations — donation amount and the contact details you provide. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
3. Information collected automatically
When you visit the site we and our analytics providers may collect standard technical data: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and time on site. This is used to understand how the site is used and to improve it.4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use personal information to operate the internship program, review and match applications, communicate with candidates and firms, process and acknowledge donations, send communications you have asked for, improve the site, and meet legal and reporting obligations.7. When we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only as follows:- With participating firms — candidate materials are shared with host firms for the purpose of matching and hiring.
- With service providers — website hosting, email marketing, form processing, analytics, and payment processing, each acting on our instructions.
- Where required by law — to comply with a legal obligation or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
