These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Future Planner Careers, Inc. website (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Future Planner Careers, Inc. is a Section 501(c)(3) charitable organization, EIN 41-3395504. The Site provides information about our internship program, resources for candidates and firms, and opportunities to support our work.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, interfere with its operation, use automated systems to scrape content, or use the Site in a way that could damage or overburden it.

4. Program applications and eligibility

Information about internship eligibility, application deadlines, and program requirements is provided for general guidance and may change. Submitting an application does not guarantee an internship placement, an interview, or any particular outcome. Placement decisions rest with participating firms.

5. Information you submit

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit through our forms, including applications, resumes, and contact requests. Do not submit information you do not have the right to share. By submitting materials, you grant us permission to use them for the purpose of administering our programs, including sharing candidate materials with participating firms.

6. Intellectual property

Content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and program materials, is owned by Future Planner Careers, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and download material for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

7. Donations and payments

Donations made through the Site are processed by third-party payment providers and are subject to their terms. Donations are generally tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law, absent any limitations on deductibility applicable to a particular taxpayer. Please consult your tax advisor. Unless otherwise stated, donations are non-refundable.

8. Firm partnership program

Participating firms agree to the commitments described in the applicable program materials. Suggested partnership program donations, where referenced, are described on the relevant pages of this Site and may change from time to time.

9. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party websites, webinar platforms, payment processors, and email services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
